He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Heisz and Patricia Heisz (Kahler); and his stepmother Corrine "Cookie" Heisz. He is survived by: his siblings, Ricky (Elise), Shaun Heisz and Kim Olson (Gary); his stepbrother Kevin Kuhagen (Leanne); and his close friend Neil Erdenberger. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
