She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Sebastian and Virginia Sebastian (Birch); and her nephew Brandon Sebastian. She is survived by: her husband Roger Puckett; her children, Christopher (Emily Root) and Lacey Puckett (Adam Winger); her grandchildren, Desiree, Madison, Makenna, Tanner, Skyler, Jonathan and Wyatt; her siblings, William Christen (Kathy), Linda Johnston and Lynn Boland; and her friends, Trudy, Betty and Melissa. She is also survived by her numerous nieces and nephews.
