He is survived by: his wife AnnaMarie (Harris); his children, Gary Payne (Marci), Brenda Foley (Dave) and Greg Payne; his grandchildren, Erica Boland (Kyle), Tyler (Kate), Trenton Payne (Logan), Brent Foley (Amber) and Courtney Lessard (Dylan); and his siblings, Dale, Rochelle Payne, Jim (Darlene), Bonnie (Butch), Vicki (Bernie), Deb (Lenny) and Rick. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
