He was predeceased by: his parents, Chris Levenhagen and Emma Levenhagen (Kiester); and his siblings, Lovina Timmerman, Margie Schlein, Lillian Eldreth, Mary Turner and Donald Levenhagen.
He is survived by: his wife JoLena Gisleson of Monona, Iowa; his sons, Michael Levenhagen of Albuquerque and Stephen Levenhagen of Madison, Wisconsin; his granddaughter Morgan Levenhagen of Limestone; and his sisters, Darlene Miller, Agnes Tesar, Helen Harback and Edna Patrick.
