He is survived by: his spouses, Susan O'Neal and Sue Ludvik of Prairie; his stepdaughter Samone Villa (Marse) of Guttenberg, IA; his siblings, Richard Ludvik, Randy Ludvik (Amy), Marie Cox of Lancaster, WI and Bonnie Schwarz (Butch) of Boydtown, WI; his grandchildren, Lindsey Davis, Kyle Wilker, Levi Wilker, Cody Simmons and Macy Jones; his great grandchildren, Storm and Asher; Dave Walz (Deb) of Prairie.
