He was predeceased by: his parents, John Joseph and Helen Cejka (Bouzek); and his siblings, Raymond (Dorothy), Frederick (Lavonne), Robert and Evelyn Taylor (Lauren).
He is survived by: his sister-in-law Robert Betty Cejka of Prairie; Chien.
