He was predeceased by: his mother Linda Konichek Sr. (Hand); his son Devin Konichek; his uncles, Larry and LaVern Konichek; and his sibling's children, Alyssa Heginger and Adam Beardmore.
He is survived by: his children, Brandon, Cameron, Hailey, Austin, Eli, Emily Konichek and Kaleb Oldfather; his father John Konichek Sr.; his sisters, Kimberly Maag (Aaron), Brenda Ready (Walton) and Dana Beardmore (Corey); and his grandson Devin Konichek. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
