Louis Steger Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Louis Steger of Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin, who passed away on August 25, 2020 at the age of 94. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Louis Steger to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Steger and Katherine Steger (Kindl); his wife Anita Check; his brother John; and his daughter Margaret.
He is survived by: his children, Mary Jo Johnsrude (Steve), Ed (Donna), Carol Davis (Neal), Harpers Ferry, Tim (Char) and Theresa Brandes (Daniel); and his mothers-in-law, Catherine Steger of Prairie, Esther Stierman, Rose Timmerman (Al) of Dubuque and Beatrice Check of Prairie. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 13 great-grand children.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Prairie Catholic Schools.
