He is survived by: his wife Suzanne of Prairie; his stepchildren, Deborah Kirkeby (Wayne) of Ridgeway, IA, Dawn Pappas (John) of Maple Grove, MN, Marcus Faldet (Jody) of Cresco, IA and Marty Faldet (Jenny) of Calmar, IA; his brothers, Bruce Forde (Cam) of Decorah, IA and Wilbur Forde (Judy) of Little Rock, AR; his nephew Chris; Chien. He is also survived by 12 step grandchildren, 7 step great grandchildren.
