He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Schauf and Mildred Schauf (Bowler); his siblings, Patrick and Rita Klinko; and his granddaughter Ann.
He is survived by: his wife Irene of Prairie; his children, Steve (Patti) of Prairie, Sandi Wachter (Dick) of Prairie, Denise Shedivy (Carl) of La Crosse, WI, Patty Schauf-Yager of Prairie, Pam Kiesau (Brad) of Prairie and Chien; and his sister Alice Farley of Milwaukee, WI. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
