It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maurice Mayer of Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin, who passed away on December 21, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Anton Mayer and Pearl Mayer (DuCharme); and his siblings, John, Rev. Lawrence, Francis and Mildred.
He is survived by: his wife Betty; his sons, Mark (Margie) of Jonesborough, TN, Duane (Bernadette) of Madison, AL, Steven of La Crosse, WI and Aaron (Ellen) of Plymouth, MN; his siblings, Bernard Mayer (Rosanna) of Prairie, Chien and Judy Krug (Tom) of Racine, WI; his grandchildren, Jennifer Titkemeier (Scott) of Tampa, FL, Michael Mayer (Colleen) of Austin, TX, Andrew Mayer of Jonesborough, TN, Elizabeth McIntyre (David) of Birmingham, AL and Catherine Mayer of Montgomery, AL; and his great grandchildren, Philomena, Josef, Sara Beth and Emily Elizabeth.
