She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Pazicky and Julia Pazicky (Nasco); her husband Daniel Slater; and her son Donald Slater. She is survived by: her children, Sheryle Rehmus (Tom), Dennis Slater (Kathy), Danny Slater (Debbie) and Dean Slater (Jackie); and her daughter-in-law Cindy Slater. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, and 1 great, great-grandchild.
