He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Reimer and Lucy Reimer (Mueller); his brothers, Harold and Harlan; his half-sisters, Florence, Marie, Dorothy, Bertha and Louise; and his daughter-in-law Jane Reimer.
He is survived by: his wife Beverly Larson; his children, Randa Niewoehner (Jack), John Reimer of Elkader and James Reimer (Jeanice) of Elkader; his grandchildren, Adam Niewoehner, Kari Whittle (Colton), Ryan Reimer (Chelsi), Christopher Reimer (Jamie), Nicholas Reimer (Dusti), Andrea Zittergruen (Gabe), Sara Koehn (Corey) and Ashley Reimer; and his great grandchildren, Atticus Whittle, Lexi Reimer, Henry, George, Louis Reimer, Wesley, Gus Reimer, Vaughn, Tyce, Cade Zittergruen, Griffin, Mason and Dylan Koehn.
