He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Kozelka and Albina Kozelka (Balk); his sister Marie Wall; and his brother-in-law Joseph Wall. He is survived by: his wife Patricia L Walters (Walters); his children, Randy Kozelka (Kristen), Tammy, Lori Kozelka (Oscar Eastman) and Jennifer Schauf (Kyle); his grandchildren, Brandon, Derek, Taylor, Chase, Bridgitte, Alexis and Isabelle; and his brother Thomas Kozelka (Janet). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
