He is survived by: his daughters, Paula Ingham-Bourque (Jim), Kalina Ingham (Steve) and Angie Ingham; his grandchildren, Bailey and Casey Bourque; and his siblings, Candy Ingham and Randy Ingham. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
