He is survived by: his children, Ethel, Gaylord, Neal and Leila; his former wife Marlene Virginia Hein; his wife Donna Mae Kruggel; his brother Neal Matti; his brother-in-law Jim Peterson (Mary Ann); his mother-in-law Delores Kruggel; his siblings-in-law, Janice Kurggel, Connie Kalk, Ron Kruggel, Gary Kruggel (Lori) and Charles Kruggel (Chris); his children, Cindy Matti Ehlers (Brian), Chien, Richard Matti (Tracy Gerber), Cheryl Matti Breslin, Laurie Matti (Scott Graham) and Thomas Matti (Brittany); his grandchildren, Heather of Steven, Cara Brody, Bryant, Brianna, Trenten, Dylan Matti, Katie, Madeline Jore, Kailee, Meghan, Matt Breslin, Ava, Noah, Ella and Ayden Matti; his stepgrandchildren, Kerri, Katie, Kristi and Kassie Ehlers; and his great grandchildren, Makenna, Jackson, Gryphon, Parker and Benson.
In lieu of flowers, memorials will be donated to the Eastman Softball Hall of Fame, The Eagles Club and Grace Lutheran Church.
