He was predeceased by: his sister Priscilla Englebright (Jimmy) of Homosassa, FL.; and his wife Leona. He is survived by: his children, Rick (Patty) of Prairie and Jan Collins (George) of Somers, CT; Chien.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Crossing Rivers Hospice Program.
