He is survived by: his wife Mary O'Neill Halpin; his children, Tom Halpin of Prairie, Mary Beth Hundley (Tim) of Glendale, WI, Kathie Connor (Shawn) of Hugo, MN, Patty Kuilboer (Noam) of Anchorage, AK, Peggy Deiss (John) of Oconomowoc, WI, Jan Laskowski (Clint) of Glendale, WI and Jenny Halpin of Aurora, CO; and his grandchildren, Vincent Halpin, Katie Lewis, Ryan Hundley, Megan Bailey, Kaitlin King, Maureen Connor, Michael Pollock, Daniel Pollock, Brendan Deiss, Jack Deiss, Emma Laskowski and Ted Eifler.
