It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of William Specht (Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin), born in Dodgeville, Wisconsin, who passed away on January 13, 2019, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Specht and Sarah Specht (Reese); his spouse Mary Dickert; his siblings, Charles, Charlotte Hommen and Leone Bollig; his daughter-in-law Marilynn Specht; and his grandchild Andrew.
He is survived by: his children, Barb Toberman (Stan), Peg Smith (Kurt) and Jim Specht (Mary Beth) of Prairie. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred to be donated to some of Bill's favorite charities.
