It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Genevieve Lena Ehl (Prairie du Sac, Wisconsin), born in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, who passed away on February 15, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Arthur Zimmerman and Irma Zimmerman (Hauser); her husband John Ehl; her brothers, William "Willie" and Melvin Zimmerman; and her sister-in-law Dottie Zimmerman.

She is survived by : her children, Julie Roelke (Fred), Jane Lyons (Camron) and Joe Ehl (Jean Kohlman); her granddaughters, Dr. Jackie Ehl and Michelle Nelson (Kenneth Rector); her great grandchildren, Tatzeanna and Dominick Rector; and her brother Roger Zimmerman. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In honor of Genevieve's love of animals, memorials may be made in her name to the Sauk County Humane Society.
