He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Novak and Gladys Novak (Alsteen); his wife Catherine "Kathy" Golik; his children, Corinna Wilkinson and Tommy Novak; and his sister Janet Motowski (Charlie).
He is survived by: his children, Kevin Novak (Sarah) of West Bend and Quinn Martell (Tim) of Sobieski; his grandchildren, Jessica Hartjes (Bryan) of DeForest, Jeremy Martell (Brittany) of Eagle, Brooke Robinson (Dustin) of Knoxville, TN, Joshua Martell (Janelle) of Suamico, Ryan Wilkinson (Olivia) of Seymour, Abigail Schaenzer (Matt) of Grafton and Danielle Gillaume (Scott) of Green Bay; and his brothers, Chuck Novak (Shirley), David Novak (Kathy), Roger Novak (Suzette) and Harold Novak. He is also survived by Nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
