He was predeceased by: his father Bernard Ducat; and his brother-in-law John Luebke. He is survived by: his mother Janice Ducat (Vandervest); his wife Kim; his children, Nick Ducat (Greta) and Amanda Schultz (Andrew Erickson); the mother of his children Patty Ducat; his stepchildren, Crystal Sexton (David), Troy Christenson (Nicole Stevens) and Brandon Christenson (Zoe); his granddaughters, Payton, Camella, Mara, Trinity and Karlyn; his sisters, Sharon Ducat, Julie Luebke and Amy Fairbairn (Steve); his brother-in-law Keith Pond (Rhonda); and his parents-in-law, Ray and Joan Pond. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family has designated Golden House for memorial contributions.
