She was predeceased by: her husband John H. Veltus; her parents, Albin Fangman and Emma Fangman; her sister Shirley Feldman (Glen); her siblings-in-law, Robert Veltus and Carol Dombrowski; her daughter-in-law Karen Veltus; and her parents-in-law, Edward and Dorothy Veltus.

She is survived by: her siblings-in-law, Lois Veltus of Glenwood Springs, CO and Joseph Dombrowski of Grand Junction, CO..

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Dementia Society of America, P.O. Box 600, Doylestown, PA 18901.
