He was predeceased by: his wife Rose M. Kozlik (Larsen). He is survived by: his children, Bernard Kupper III (Connie), Sandy Cooper (Michael), Linda Kupper (Alex) and Gary Kupper (Linda); his stepchildren, Maren Burnett (Randy) and Aaron Kozlik (Edie); his grandchildren, Mandy, David (Amber), Nicki (Brian), Ryan (Travienna) and Stephanie; his stepgrandchildren, Travis (Katie), Jadon and Nathaniel; his great grandchildren, Hailey, Brayden, Dominic, Berkley, Finley, Russell and Sawyer; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Benjamin and Charlotte; his sister-in-law Patty Kupper; his granddaughters, Sarah Aiuppy and Sky Vande Kolk; his parents-in-law, Don and Meta Larsen; and the mother of his children Carole Hurtubise Kupper. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and dear friends.
