She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren Lowell and Shirley Marie Stanley (Jenkins); and her spouse Shelby McRay Higgins. She is survived by: her children, Deborah Brown (David), Fred Higgins (Dawn) and Cathi Higgins; and her brother Jerry Stanley. She is also survived by 4 Grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
