He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Gordon Wiley and Louise Wiley; his wife Noreen; his children, Deborah Foley (Michael), James Wiley Jr. (Sachiko), Patricia Turner-Rhinelander (Phillip) and John Wiley (Colleen); his grandchildren, Kayla (Jeffrey), Alyssa Foley (Sylvester), Katlin Treuer (Taylor), Justin (Reilly), AJ Wiley, Tyler Wiley (Krissy) and Sophia Turner; his great grandchildren, Ja'Vonn Nelson and Kenzo Wiley; his siblings, Mary-Lou (Hartley) of New Jersey and Jane of New Jersey; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Ann Antognoli (Lou), Jeanne Hertz (Martin), William McGeean (Joan) and Thomas McGeean (Michele). He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Draeger-Langendorf Funeral Home (4600 County Line Rd, Mt Pleasant, WI 53403). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at 4:30 PM at the same location.
