It is with great sadness that we announce the death of June Marie Peksa of Racine, Wisconsin, born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, who passed away on November 17, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert and Esther; her spouse Thomas Peksa; her children, Thomas Peksa Jr. and Cindy McCabe; her sons-in-law, Daniel McCabe Sr. and Frank Anchondo; and her brothers-in-law, William Doss and Edward Verna.
She is survived by: her daughters, Laura "Lori" Anchondo of Racine and Patricia "Patty" Peksa of Racine; her grandchildren, Michelle Pederson (Dan), Daniel McCabe (Stephanie), Sara McCabe (Jamie Jensen), Brian Anchondo (Denise), Brenda Anchondo, Thomas Anchondo, Robyn Anchondo, Ryan Peksa (Tiffiney) and Ashley Otwaska; her great grandchildren, Brie Pederson, Matthew Pederson, Tyler McCabe (Tannon), Kaylea Villalpando (Kenneth), Alex Anchondo, Savannah Anchondo, Elijah Anchondo, Jorden Konen, Hayley Peksa, Dominic Peksa, Rylynne Peksa, Rayne Peksa and Rayvyn Peksa; and her sisters, Beatrice Doss and Dolores Verna. She is also survived by Her nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
