With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lawrence Evans Underwood Jr. (Racine, Wisconsin), born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on February 5, 2025 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Daisy Underwood and Lawrence Underwood Sr.; his siblings, Darnell Underwood and Penny Underwood (Lawrence); and his sister-in-law Brenda Montgomery.
He is survived by: his wife Dr. Sandra Millon Underwood; his children, Lawrence Underwood, III, Michael Underwood and Yvette Palmer (Charles); his grandchildren, Sydney and Shelby Palmer; his siblings, Delores Hatch, Darlene Underwood, Shirley Underwood, Kenneth Underwood and Alvin Underwood; and his sister-in-law Cathy Jemison.
