She was predeceased by : her parents, Mardonio and Ruperta; and her husband Genaro Lopez. She is survived by : her children, Lorena Lopez, Maria Paz Lopez (Arnulfo Castillo), Carlos Lopez (Sonia Lira), Genaro Lopez (Maria Elena Soto), Javier Lopez (Miriam Medina), Jaime Lopez (Miriam Flores) and Celia Lopez (Armando Ruiz); and her siblings, Maria, Fernando, Amador, Margarita, Eduarda, Diego, Rogelio and Salvador. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Patrick's Catholic Church (1100 Erie St, Racine, WI 53402). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
