She is survived by: her husband Gary; her sons, Mike Hazekamp (Mindy) and Doug Hazekamp (Melissa); her granddaughter Jordan Hazekamp of Glendale, AZ; her siblings, Judy Christians of Grand Rapids, MI, Carol Vanderbeek of Grand Rapids, MI and Craig Eychaner (Karen) of Bossier City, LA; her stepdaughter Melissa Loebach (Ed) of Racine; and her siblings-in-law, Lloyd Slinglend (Sharon) of Trenton, MI and Ann Slinglend of Flint, MI. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
