It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rhonda Lavette Gordon (Racine, Wisconsin), born in Memphis, Tennessee, who passed away on November 13, 2022, at the age of 43, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Gertrude Gordon and Alfreddie Joplin; her daughter Kadejah Gordon; and her siblings, Shanda Barnes and Cedrick Gordon.
She is survived by: her daughter Rhonda; her grandchildren, Zekharria McClain, Keshari Gordon, Jr. and Kemari Gordon; her sibling's children, Amiyia Koker, Laniyia Wilson, Tylicia Gister, Marikiss Matthews, Renessa Joplin, Rakeem Slack and Enrick Morgan, Jr.; her close friends, Brandy Clark, Bobbie East, Melissa Gister and Claudette Jackson of Mississippi; her proteges, Sharita Williams and Terivia Tyler; her close friends, Lakeisha Jackson, Lashanda Gray and Jameshia Judon; and her cousin Aleisha Baugh (Little). She is also survived by other nieces, nephews, cousins and relatives.
