He is survived by: his wife Effie Lois White Prather; his stepchildren, Lisa Roe (Billy), Loretta Rutherford, Lynn Lother, Lance Prather, Leslie Prather and Lorna Prather; and his siblings, Sara Graham, Carolyn Bailey and Charles "Squirt" Bailey. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren; great grandchildren; and great-great grandchildren.
