Though Mary may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Mary touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George A. Weitzel and Florence Weitzel (Dwyer); her brothers, George Weitzel (Lorraine) and Eugene Weitzel; and her close friend Nathan Kast.
She is survived by: her niece Georgia Dodd (Carl); and her nephews, John (B' Lynn) and Mark Weitzel. She is also survived by nieces and nephews; along with other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 16th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM at the St. Patrick's Catholic Church. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, May 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Patricks Catholic Church.
In lieu of flowers, memorials of remembrance may be given for masses.
