She is survived by: her husband Patrick Collins (Pat); her children, Zachary, Halle, Grayson, Mitchell, Ethan, Amelia and Sophie Patricia; and her siblings, Jack (late Inger), Joe (Sandy) and Mary Vincent (late Ken).
