It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Adamczyk (Reedsburg, Wisconsin), born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on January 15, 2020, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Raymond Adamczyk and Irene Adamczyk (Lelko); his brother John Adamczyk; and his siblings-in-law, Kathleen Smith and John Parisi.
He is survived by : his former life partner Susan D. Kearns; his wife Sue; his children, Michelle Adamczyk of Reedsburg and James (Lauren) of St. Cloud, MN; his brothers, George and Kenneth; his sister-in-law Mary Adamczyk of Chicago; his nieces, Christine Adamczyk and Lauren Adamczyk; his nephew John Parisi (Sarah); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Cooper, Dexter and Campbell; his niece Anna Shannon (Patrick); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Van and Harmony; and his brother-in-law Fred Smith of Tinley Park, IL. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Make-A-Wish Foundation would be appreciated.
