He was predeceased by : his parents, LaVern F. Kaney and Lonna Mae Kaney (Meyer); his nephew Gabriel Michael Muchow; and his niece Alesondra Norwalk. He is survived by : his wife Christine Smith; his friends, Affectionately, Kooney, Papa Deuce, Sleeve, Stevie and Sleevie; his son Matt Kaney (Lilie); his grandchild Calliope; his son Tim Kaney (Jenn); his grandchildren, Dorian and Sebastian; his daughter Aurora; his pet Jolly Roger; his sisters, Cindy Ali (Ouati) and Tammy Mckenzie; his nieces, Amberly and Tierney; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Christian, Ezra, Felix, Jocelyn and Nazarene; his sister Brenda Norwalk (Mark); his niece Tesha Norwalk; and his stepmother Lois Kaney. He is also survived by cousins that he spent much of his time with, aunts and uncles, many wonderful friends.
