He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Linda Spurgeon Lewis, John Spurgeon Sr., Leland Lewis and Irene Hainstock; and his uncles, Charles "Buster" Spurgeon, Doyle Spurgeon, Randy Spurgeon, John Spurgeon Jr. and Shawn Hainstock.
He is survived by : his parents, Roger L. Hainstock and Vonda J. Hainstock (Spurgeon); his siblings, Dusty Hainstock and Bobbi Hainstock; his grandfather Richard Hainstock; and his pet Annabelle. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, along with other relatives, friends.
