She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Patrick O'Brien and Bernice O'Brien (Clemens); her husband William J. Clemens; her daughters, Lynn Henk (Tim) of Island Lake and Jill Asher of Brantwood; and her siblings, Daniel O'Brien (Loretta) of Illinois and Julie Hammerschmidt (Ken) of Illinois. She was also cherished by five grandchildren, two great grandchildren and thirteen nieces and nephews.
