It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Melaine Renee Lepak of Rib Mountain, Wisconsin, who passed away on October 26, 2025, at the age of 46, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her close friend Stephanie Domino. She is survived by: her parents, Robert Clabough and Betty Clabough (Coffman) of Punta Gorda, FL; her husband Jason J. Lepak; her mother-in-law Debra Garski; her sister Kristin Clabough; her sister-in-law Tina Pierce (Jeremiah) of Omaha, NE; and her stepbrother Brandon Watters (Haley) of Asheville, NC. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and close friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Fetch Foster and Rescue of Wausau or the Lincoln County Humane Society in her memory.
