With solemn reverence, we commemorate Shirley Hogan of Rice Lake, Wisconsin, whose life came to an end on October 17, 2025 at the age of 97, leaving behind cherished memories. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Scott and Marie Scott; her husband Walter Hogan; her sister Barbara Larson (Bob); her daughter Kathleen Andreason; and her stepdaughter Kathy Hogan.
She is survived by: her sister Adele Nelson; her children, Terry Toomey (Julie), Dawn Rogers (Ty) and Danny Dahlstrom (Sandy); her stepsons, Pete Hogan (Mary), Tom Hogan (Sheri) and Joe Hogan; and her grandchildren, Michael Toomey (Deni), Eve Toomey-Daniels (Charlie), Maria Cooper (Ben), Dustin Weyenberg (Theresa), Courtney Rogers (Justin Frisinger), Lucas Dahlstrom (Carrie) and Sam Dahlstrom (Mikayla Riecica). She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph's Catholic Church (111 W Marshall St, Rice Lake, WI 54868). A burial will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at the Northern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery (N4063 Veterans Way, Spooner, WI 54801).
