With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Louie Wilson of Richland Center, Wisconsin, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 11, 2025 at the age of 87. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Wilson and Elizabeth Wilson (Schlafer); his son Mark Wilson; his mother-in-law Marie Foley; his siblings, Ray Wilson (Sharon), Charles Wilson, John Wilson, Beatrice Casper, Ilene Muth (LaVerne) and Sharon Hilleshiem; and his siblings-in-law, Donald Burkum, Joan Foley and Carolyn Wilkinson.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen A. Foley; his children, Bruce Wilson (Ruth) of Richland Center, WI, Christina Cooley of Belleville, WI, Jon Wilson of Cross Plains, WI, Shawn Walsh (Mike Harlan) of Richland Center, WI and Alex Wilson (Amanda Bauer) of Madison, WI; his grandchildren, Reid Wilson (Dena), Lucas Wilson (Nicole), Ian Wilson (Kelly), Maria Cooley (Brandon Stout), Adam Cooley, Jayna Rickhoff (Austin), Cole Wilson (Erin), Blake Wilson (Carolyn), Nolan Walsh, Sara Walsh-Katkar and Gregory Scheer-Wilson; his siblings, Mildred Burkum of Clay Center, NE, James Wilson (Brenda) of Richland Center and Diane Kuokkanen (Kit) of Waukesha, WI; and his siblings-in-law, Virginia Wilson, Diane Wilson of Galesville, WI, Constance Foley of Sun Prairie, WI and Carlyle Wilkinson of Sun Prairie, WI. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church (160 W 4th St, Richland Center, WI 53581). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
