He is survived by: his wife AnnaMarie Audia; his children, Elizabeth Clauson (Shawn) of Ripon, WI, Richard Jr. Gergits (Theresa) of Oak Lawn, IL, Michael Gergits (Erika) of Neenah, WI and James Gergits; his grandchildren, Priscilla Clauson, Nicholas, Madison and Dante Gergits; and his brothers, Carl Gergits (Valerie) and Frank Gergits (Lupe). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and dear friends.
