He is survived by : his wife Elizabeth Gustafson; his sisters, Nancy Emmons (Jim) and Sandy Harvey; his nephews, Michael Harvey (Julie), Jason Harvey (RandiAnn), Brian Emmons (Michele) and Chad Gustafson (Alawna); his niece Jessica Denham (Elery); and his siblings-in-law, John Gustafson (Linda) and JoAnn Gustafson.
