He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Gerald Witherspoon (Christine) of Oak Creek and Kim Hrobar (Ronald) of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.; his children, Sarah, Ethan and Gavin Witherspoon of Oshkosh; his grandparents, John Witherspoon (Linda), Dorothy Witherspoon and Carol Maudie; his sister Halle Witherspoon; his stepsisters, Tanya Warner and Angela Marchese; his former life partner Amy Balthazor; his uncle Kurt Roeder; and his grandparents, Leroy, Alice Roeder and Helen Hrobar. He was also cherished by many loving friends, aunts, uncles, cousins, nephew and nieces.
