He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Pergolski and Lorraine Pergolski (Herzog). He is survived by: his wife Lori (Janz); his daughters, Laurie Stone (Chris) of Weston and Christie Pergolski of Wausau; his grandchildren, Haley Plautz (Noah), Bryce and Makayla; his siblings, Patrick Pergolski (Patrice) of St. Germain and Shirley Bauman (John) of Mosinee; his mother-in-law Lorraine Klatt of Stratford; the mother of his children Karen Pergolski of Weston; and his pet Perkett. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the family for a future memorial to be determined.
