He was predeceased by: his parents, Lynn Grotophorst and Esther Grotophorst (Zech); and his brother-in-law Dennis Stewart. He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Johnson (Bob), David (Barbara), Ann Merwin (Harlan), Paul, Lillian Stewart (Dennis), Betty, Jean, Kay, Keith and Duane (Virginia Wiggins). He is also survived by his 15 nieces and nephews.
