He was predeceased by : his parents, Louis Pape and Melania Pape (Pulvermacher); his in-laws, Leonard "Chickie" and Alvina Baier; his siblings, Mildred Kuehn, Art Pape (Mary Jo), Verna Alt and Howard Pape; and his siblings-in-law, Jeanne Blum, Fred Thompson and Ervin Scherwinski.
He is survived by : his wife Judith Baier; his son Bruce Pape (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Isaac, Adam and Emilia; his son Timothy Pape (Elly); his grandson Calvin (Saori); his great grandchildren, Josiah, Atticus and Oliver; his grandchildren, Dylan, Jonica and Maxwell; his daughters, Lori Pape and Christine Blum (Gordon); his grandchildren, Jovanna Vander Schaaf (Matthew) and Caden (Adele); his siblings, Ruth Scherwinski, Harold Pape (Susan) and Jeanne Taylor (Timothy); and his in-laws, Joyce Steensrud, James Baier (Denise), Rodney Blum, Gerald Alt, Wilfred Kuehn and Sally Pape. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions will be sent to the Foundation for Peripheral Neuropathy in Dick's name.
