It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roman E Pagel (Sauk City, Wisconsin), who passed away on April 13, 2025, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Pagel and Laure Pagel (Werner); his daughter Tammy; his brother Don Pagel; his siblings-in-law, Dolores Pagel and Harley Boettcher; and his in-laws, Roy and Carolyn Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Markert (Johnson); his daughters, Teri (Archie), Taunia (Dean), Karens, Sherry Thorlton (Larry) and Michelle McNeil; his siblings, Ron Pagel, Linda Boettcher, Patti Cox (Daryl), Gloria Ramsey (Dave) and Lori Warren (Mike); his friends, Lisa Bliss and Donna Pfaff; and his son Andy Greco. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and countless friends.
