With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Russell Clifford Loper (Sauk City, Wisconsin), who passed away on July 1, 2020 at the age of 76. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Russell Clifford Loper to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Russell Loper and Celda Loper (Niendorf); his sisters, Carol and Darlene; and also, Robert and Patricia Devney.

He is survived by : his sister Alberta; his daughters, Debbie Kaspar (Charlie), Dawn Rehwinkel (Pat) and Becky Griffin (Glenn); his nephews, Gerry (Dawn) and Marty Frey (Tammy); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, AJ, Dani, Russell and Carley. He is also survived by loving brothers, sister-in-law, nieces and nephews.
