We bid farewell to Theo C. Nelson of Sauk City, Wisconsin, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on June 23, 2025 at the age of 94. Theo touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Orin Crosby and Lena Crosby (Grass); her husband Hugh Nelson; and her siblings, Orville, Russell, Cliff, Orin and Marion.
She is survived by: her daughter Sandra; her son-in-law Jay; and her grandson Tyler.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hooverson Funeral Home (251 Water St, Sauk City, WI 53583).
